Our land development practice involves identifying investment-worthy real estate that can be repurposed for higher density or smaller parcels in line with local municipality growth and long-term vision. Then working with the relevant authority to rezone or update the Official Community Plan to unlock the potential in land.

Land development projects typically rank higher in investment risk and as such result in higher yields.

Our investment strategy typically forms around two major pillars:

  • Identifying the inherent potential of the land and de-risk the project pre-acquisition by investing in proper engineering, planning, and using years of accumulative expertise within our team

  • Put in place a proper exit strategy that can protect our base investment.

Our construction philosophy is built on systematic Project Management and procurement processes.

We have strong quality control and quality assurance program that is backed by one of the most reliable home warranties across British Columbia.  Our crafts are backed by a 2,5,10 warranty, that provides two-year labour and material warranty, a 5-year envelope warranty, and a 10-year structure warranty.
