Zako Development is a full-service Licensed Residential Builder and developer. Established in 2016 in beautiful British Columbia, our focus primarily has been on residential development and construction.

We pride ourselves on being meticulously involved and diligent in all phases of the development — from investment case identification and feasibility study, to financing, planning, and construction.

After experimenting with small-scale residential development, we have focused our attention on more affordable ground-oriented multifamily residential development which will help — however small — to increase housing supply on limited lands in this beautiful province.
